The St. Lawrence College Graphic Design program is proud to present the final portfolio works of the class of 2025 at the Graphic Design Graduate Exhibition "Breaking Through," from April 12-17 at SLC Kingston.
Pieces on display include the graduates' design work in brand identity, websites and mobile apps, packaging, print media, and social media campaigns. The exhibition poster was designed by soon-to-be graduate, Catherine Bourbonnais.
The centerpieces of the exhibition are the graduates’ Capstone projects — a self-directed design research project where students use the design thinking process to uncover and solve a design problem in their community. Under the guidance of faculty members Erin Boyce and Andrea Ruskin, grads explored topics such as youth mental health, student housing, ecology/sustainability, and accessible technology, resulting in a variety of user-tested solutions, from mobile apps to websites, social media campaigns, and more.
At the opening night celebration, April 11 at 7pm, grads will be recognized with awards for professionalism and will have the chance to celebrate their successes with members of the Kingston business and design community, as well as the greater SLC community.
"Breaking Through," the 2025 St. Lawrence College Graphic Design Graduate Exhibition will be on display from April 12-17 in the front foyer at SLC Kingston. Please join us as we celebrate the achievements of our talented graduates!
