Indigenous Teachings Guiding You Through Brockville Campus

You'll find that the signage that guides our students, employees, and visitors through each of our campuses incorporates Indigenous teachings relevant to the territories and origins of the Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee lands SLC is situated on.

In Brockville, the signage draws upon the Three Clans of the Haudenosaunee (Mohawk) - the Wolf, the Turtle, and the Bear - to identify building wings and rooms. Click here to learn more about these teachings.
