Patricia Monthé

Patricia Monthe has been described as a visionary, with a leadership style combining cognitive pluralism and integrity, both of which make her particularly fit for environments that require pioneering new models or engaging multi-disciplinary & multicultural groups to orchestrate new systems.

As a pioneer in the field of innovating for Universal Healthcare Coverage, she is among the first thought leaders recruited by the World Economic Forum & World Health Organization for consultations towards pioneering models of public-private cooperation to realize the ambitions of the global agenda for UHC 2030.

Prior to her days as an entrepreneur committed and dedicated to the cause of bringing about solutions to the universal healthcare coverage in the world, she has held key transformation roles in global multinationals, leading Million Euros transformation projects involving the strategic alignment of the group vision/strategy and regional operations.

Dr. Kieran Moore

Medical Officer of Health, KFL&A Public Health, MD, CCFP (EM), FCFP, MPH, M.Sc. (DM), DTM&H, FRCPC

Dr. Moore is the Medical Officer of Health for KFL&A Public Health and is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Public Health and Preventive Medicine. He is also a Professor of Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine and Public Health Sciences at Queen’s University in Kingston. He received his medical degree from the University of Ottawa in 1985, and subsequently received his specialty certification in Family Medicine as well as Emergency Medicine from the College of Family Physicians of Canada. He has a master's degree in Disaster Medicine, as well as Public Health, and a diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene.

Dr. Moore has extensive experience in public health surveillance systems, pre-hospital care, and multidisciplinary research projects. His main areas of interest are the evaluation of various data streams for the early detection of outbreaks, opiate and drugs of abuse surveillance as well as the assessment of deprivation distribution in populations. His work with the Queen’s University Public Health Informatics Team (QPHI), Acute Care and Health Care Worker absenteeism, real-time surveillance system and provincial Telehealth data have been published in the Canadian Journal of Emergency Medicine, the European Journal of Emergency Medicine, Advances in Disease Surveillance, and the Canadian Journal of Public Health. Dr. Miguel Stanley

Founder & Clinical Director, White Clinic, Portugal

Dr. Miguel Stanley is the clinical director of White Clinic, based in Lisbon, Portugal, and founded 20 years ago. He has been practicing since 1998, after graduating from ISCS-Egas Moniz and doing postgraduate training at the Branemark CEOSA centre in Madrid in 1999, completing his training in cosmetic dentistry in 2000, at the same institute. He then went on to train in functional aesthetics and occlusion in Chicago in 2005 and attend over 250 hours of ongoing education per year. Dr. Stanley was the first Portuguese active member and expert provider for Dental XP (online education platform), which he joined in 2006.

A passionate advocate for high quality dental care, his career has been focused on restoring smiles with his interdisciplinary team, using state of the art technology, software and materials and a strong sense of ethics and minimal invasiveness to better protect his patients. This is the reason he created the No Half Smiles treatment philosophy and Slow Dentistry both aimed at improving the patient experience and the overall quality of care.
