Increasing Opportunities for Student Leadership Development
On March 26th, over 55 members of the SLC community came together for a “Redefining Leadership” event at the Innovation Hub. Organized by Student Success, this event offered students a unique opportunity to explore the nuances of leadership, differentiating between leading oneself and leading others. To open the talk, Emma Laporte, a Community and Justice Services student, shared her personal journey and how assuming leadership roles had positively impacted her academic and personal growth.

Premier’s Awards 2024 -- Call for Nominations!
At the 2023 Premier’s Awards, we celebrated SLC’s nominees and a win in the Apprenticeship category for our own Saifullah Sanaye. We are once again calling on our SLC community to bring forward suggestions for 2024 nominees. Help us recognize our grads making a difference in their communities and blazing a path for others. This is an opportunity to highlight our wonderful alumni and demonstrate how their college education contributed to their success.

Enactus SLC Places Twice at Enactus Canada Regional Exposition 2024
Each year Enactus SLC launches initiatives aimed at positively improving the community, from creating business ecosystems, to repairing electronics, to giving back to vulnerable members of our local community. Each semester brings fresh faces and new ideas about how to do better in our own little part of the world. But it doesn’t end here. There is one ritual that most students never see, except for a lucky few. Every year, a body of like-minded people gather to share accomplishments and create memories that will last a lifetime. This is the Enactus Regional Exposition.
