Environmental Technician Students Inspire Youth
Students from SLC's Environmental Technician program recently took part in the ThinkAG Career Competition, hosted by AgScape, an Ontario-based non-profit that provides factual, curriculum-linked food literacy programs for educators and students. While local high school students competed in the event, SLC’s Environmental Technician students led one of the interactive competition stations—engaging with more than 300 youth from the Cornwall area.

Over 90 people gathered on Monday in the newly reopened Machine Shop on Cornwall campus to celebrate the outstanding support of RBC Foundation and learn the next steps in SLC’s plan to address the critical shortage of skilled tradespeople in Eastern Ontario.

Wellness Workshop Helps SLC Students Recognize, Prevent Burnout
On March 27, the BPSYC program offered a successful and engaging workshop to help SLC students manage and prevent burnout.
Graphic Design Students Present “Breaking Through” 
The St. Lawrence College Graphic Design program is proud to present the final portfolio works of the class of 2025 at the Graphic Design Graduate Exhibition "Breaking Through," from April 12-17 at SLC Kingston.  Pieces on display include the graduates' design work in brand identity, websites and mobile apps, packaging, print media, and social media campaigns. The exhibition poster was designed by soon-to-be graduate, Catherine Bourbonnais.
